The proprietor of this site had emailed me back in January but I misread his email and thought he was saying something about my site: usairsucks.org! But I just happened to re-read his email and noticed the .com
You have to really upset a passenger to get them to actually spend money on a domain and time setting up a website to spread the bad news about your company. Airlines are among the most hated companies and a few of us have particularly good reasons to hate US Airways.
