(Prior to this I called the airlines to reschedule and waited for an operator for at least 20 min.) My husband actually got thru to a human and got our answer. We ultimately changed vacation plans completely, re-booking hotel & car and probably losing a thousand dollars and a 1 entire vacation day in the process. I understand things happen, but USAir's response was pathetic.
