A window seat with no window?
I NEVER book with US Airways if I can avoid it.
Las weekend my wife and I were flying from Palm Beach to Torontowith a Houston connection. When we arrived at the Continental counter a very nice agent booked us with US Airways because there was bad weather in Houston and we would likely miss our connection to Toronto.
When we arrived at the US Airways counter we had to pay our $50 for our bags. My wife and I were not seated together so we chose to pay an additional $20 ($10 each) for preferred WINDOW seats closer to each other. Although this is really annoying it is not the real problem. When I arrived at my seat THERE WAS NO WINDOW! Let me repeat that: I paid an additonal $10 for a window seat that HAD NO WINDOW!!!!
How ridiculous is this???
