US Airways has attempted to make amends by refunding the amount we paid to US Airways for my wife's ticket for the flight from Indianapolis to San Antonio. They also sent us a check for the difference between the US Airways cost of this leg and the cost of the American Airlines ticket we had to purchase. So we have been compensated for having to buy the American Airlines ticket. They also sent us two e-vouchers worth $300 each for future flights on US Airways. We have not yet used these vouchers and have seriously mixed feelings about flying their airline again even if it is on their dime. I get the feeling they are just trying to pacify an upset customer rather than fix their business.
