Hello, I am Tracy Reed. On June 12, 2009 US Airways ruined our vacation. When my wife accidentally left her ID on a US Airways flight which was then retrieved by a crewmember their staff treated us badly and refused to issue her a boarding pass for her next flight even though they had her ID in their possession. With the help of FFOCUS I was able to get compensation for my out of pocket expenses and a refund for the leg of the flight they messed up. But I won't be getting back the lost day of my vacation.

Note: There is no TSA or FAA regulation saying you must have ID to board an airplane. United, American, Southwest, TSA, will all let you fly with absolutely no ID. My wife ended up doing just that with American. Keep that in mind as you read the following. Also reference:
